Wolves Land Five Players on Postseason Awards List

Congratulations to Alyssa Guadagnano, Norah Wareham, Grace Halter, Gillian Hernandez and Pistil McMillan! 

Alyssa, Norah and Grace earned NJCAA All-Region 16 First Team honors. Alyssa Guadagnano scored 7 goals and contributed 2 assists on the season (4 goals and 1 assist in Region 16 play). She was a key offensive player for MCC.  She is strong on the ball and excellent defensively when out of possession. Norah Wareham is a defensive midfielder for the team. She was instrumental in the team only giving up two goals in the Region 16 regular season. Norah is solid defensively and a spring board for attacks. Grace Halter played outside left back for MCC. Her speed and aggressiveness made her tough to beat one versus one. Grace often won the ball and used her dribbling ability to start counterattacks.

Gillian Hernandez and Pistil McMillan earned NJCAA All-Region 16 Second Team honors. Gillian Hernandez contributed 8 goals and 1 assist in all competitions. Her two goals in the 2-1 win versus Jefferson College in the NJCAA Region 16 Semifinal sent MCC through to their first regional final since 2021. Pistil McMillan is an important player at the center back position. She is technical, reads the game well and makes smart passes when in possession. Her defensive positioning allowed her to stop attacks before they turned into goal scoring opportunities for the opposition.
